At US Fabricated Products, we’re proud to be a North Carolina-based manufacturer with a national reach—and even prouder of where we started. Back in 2008, we opened our doors as a small machine shop and laser cutting service. A lot has changed since then, but we’ve never forgotten our roots.

Built on a foundation of hard work, hands-on experience, and a passion for quality, we've grown into a full-service, turnkey metal fabrication company with over 40 years of combined experience in mechanical and electrical engineering. From custom prototypes to large-scale production runs, we bring engineering expertise, precision manufacturing, and flexible solutions to every project.

Everything we produce is Made in the USA, right here in our Louisburg facility. Whether you're local or across the country, we’re committed to delivering top-quality results—and yes, we travel for on-site installations when needed. It’s just part of how we make sure the job is done right.

We offer a complete line of U.S.-fabricated products and a wide range of services including laser cutting, CNC machining, welding, bending, powder coating, and more. Our team works with your existing drawings—or helps create them from scratch. We even reverse engineer parts from physical samples when needed, all while supporting industry-standard formats like DWG, DXF, STEP, SolidWorks, and more.
