01 β€” Design & Engineering

From Concept
to Shop Floor

Before a single piece of metal is cut, the design has to be right. Our team works directly with your engineers β€” or handles the design in-house β€” to create production-ready drawings that account for material, process, and real-world tolerances.

We're comfortable working with DXF, DWG, STEP, and IGES files, and can reverse-engineer parts from samples or sketches when needed.

02 β€” Laser Cutting

Two Trumpf Systems.
Tight Tolerances.

We run two Trumpf L3030 laser cutting systems, each rated at 4,000 watts. These are professional-grade industrial machines capable of processing a wide range of materials with tight dimensional accuracy.

Laser cutting is ideal for flat profile parts, brackets, panels, gussets, frames, and any geometry that would be impractical to cut by hand. Nest optimization software minimizes scrap and keeps your material cost down.

Precise Bends.
Every Time.

Our Trumpf Press Brake 2100 handles complex multi-bend parts with a CNC-controlled back gauge that eliminates human error on repeat parts. Whether you need a simple 90-degree flange or a multi-stage formed channel, we can handle it.

We work from your drawings or can develop flat patterns and bend sequences in-house. First articles are checked against your specs before production runs begin.

04 β€” Welding

Structural & Cosmetic.
Both Done Right.

Welding is where fabrication comes together. Our team handles MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless, and aluminum β€” including structural welds that need to meet load requirements and cosmetic welds that need to look clean before coating.

Every weld is inspected before the part moves to the next process. No shortcuts, no hiding bad welds under primer.

05 β€” Powder Coating

Any Color.
In-House. On Time.

Our 8Γ—8Γ—14 ft batch powder coat oven is large enough to handle full assemblies and oversized parts that most shops would have to outsource. Full in-house finishing means you get a single point of contact, a tighter timeline, and consistent finish quality across every piece.

We apply powder in any RAL or custom color. Parts are prepped, coated, and cured in our own facility β€” no third-party finisher involved.
