About the Role

US Fabricated Products, Inc. is a precision metal fabrication company in Franklinton, NC, specializing in laser cutting, metal forming, welding, and powder coating — serving clients across North Carolina and the Southeast.

We're looking for a dependable, organized Office Manager to be the right hand to the owner — handling day-to-day administrative operations so we can stay focused on production. This role starts part-time (~25 hours/week) and is expected to grow into a full-time position as the business expands. You'll work on-site at our shop in Franklinton.

Candidates local to Franklin County are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and lenders — calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Make phone calls and send correspondence on the owner's behalf
• Organize and maintain business records, documents, and files
• Act as liaison between the company and third-party consultants and certification bodies
• Support ongoing ISO certification, minority-owned business status, and HUB certification efforts
• Handle general administrative tasks and keep business operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills — phone and email
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks and follow through independently
• Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding
• Prior administrative or office management experience preferred
• Manufacturing or small business background is a plus
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
